Outlook & Gmail integration

The Outlook & Gmail integration feature is part of the Meeting Hub pro package. This feature enables both your customers and internal users to save booking events to their Outlook, Gmail or calendar application of choice using .ics format.

After a booking has been made, on the confirmation page, your customers will be able to download and add the event to their calendar.

Once the link is clicked a calendar event pop up will launch for customers / internal teams to save.

The same link will also appear within the booking confirmation email.
